Keynote Speaker 1:

Prof. Junhui Hu
Professor, Nanjing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics, China
Biography: Junhui Hu received his Ph.D. Degree from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan, in 1997, and B. E. and M. E. degrees in electrical engineering from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 1986 and 1989, respectively. Currently he works for Nanjing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics, China, as a full professor. His research interest is in ultrasonic sensors and actuators, ultrasonic nano fabrication, ultrasonic micro/nano/molecular manipulations, etc. He is a Chang-Jiang Distinguished Professor, China, and an IAAM Fellow. He was an assistant and associate professor at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, from 2001 to 2010, and an R&D engineer at Tokin, Japan, from 1997 to 1999. He authored and co-authored more than 300 publications, including more than 100 full research papers published in SCI journals, two books, 1 editorial review in an international journal and more than 60 disclosed/empowered China and Japan patents. He is the sole author of monograph book “Ultrasonic Micro/Nano Manipulations: Principles and Examples” (2014, World Scientific). He has given more than 20 keynote/invited lectures at international conferences, and his research work has been highlighted by 7 international scientific media. He served lots of international conferences as a Technical Program/Organizing/Scientific Committee member, and was the chairman of International Conference on Mechanical Control and Automation 2016 (China), International Conference on Electric Engineering and Automation Control 2017 (China), and honorary chairman of International Workshop on Piezoelectric Materials and Applications in Actuators 2011 (USA). He was awarded the title of valued reviewer by Sensors and Actuators A: Physical and by Ultrasonics, and won the Paper Prize from the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (Japan) as the first author in 1998. He was once supported by the Shuang-Chuang Project of Jiangsu Province, China, as a “Shuang-Chuang” expert. Presently, he is an editorial board member of four international journals, board member of Chinese Acoustical Society and member of its academic work committee, and deputy director of expert committees on electronic information materials and devices, and on Aerospace materials, Chinese national think tank for materials and devices.

Prof. Dr. MA.  Jabbar
Professor, Vardhman College of Engineering, India
Biography: Dr. M.A.JABBAR is a Professor and Head of the Department AI&ML, Vardhaman College of Engineering, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. He obtained Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from JNTUH, Hyderabad, and Telangana, India. He has been teaching for more than 20 years. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Bio-Informatics, Cyber Security, Machine Learning, Attack Graphs, and Intrusion Detection Systems. He published more than 50 papers in various journals and conferences. He served as a technical committee member for more than 70 international conferences. He is Guest Editor for The Fusion of Internet of Things, AI, and Cloud Computing In Health Care: Opportunities and Challenges (Springer) Series, and Deep Learning in Biomedical and Health Informatics: Current Applications and Possibilities –CRC Press, Guest Editor for Emerging Technologies and Applications for a Smart and Sustainable World-Bentham science ,Guest editor for Machine Learning Methods for Signal, image and Speech Processing –River Publisher. He is a senior member of IEEE, and Lifetime member in professional bodies like the Computer Society of India (CSI) and the Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA). He is serving as a chair, IEEE CS chapter Hyderabad Section. He is also serving as a member of Machine Intelligence Laboratory, USA (MIRLABS) and USERN, IRAN , Asia Pacific Institute of Science and Engineering (APISE) Hong Kong , Member in Internet Society (USA), United States , Member in data science society USA, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Society of India (AIML), Bangalore.

Prof. Dr. Anand Nayyar
Professor, Duy Tan University, Vietnam
Biography: Dr. Anand Nayyar received Ph.D (Computer Science) from Desh Bhagat University in 2017 in the area of Wireless Sensor Networks and Swarm Intelligence. He is currently working in Graduate School, Duy Tan University, Da Nang, Vietnam. A Certified Professional with 75+ Professional certificates from CISCO, Microsoft, Oracle, Google, Beingcert, EXIN, GAQM, Cyberoam and many more. Published more than 350 Research Papers in various National & International Conferences, International Journals (Scopus/SCI/SCIE/SSCI Indexed) with High Impact Factor. Member of more than 50+ Associations as Senior and Life Member and also acting as ACM Distinguished Speaker. He has authored/co-authored cum Edited 25+ Books of Computer Science. Associated with more than 500 International Conferences as Programme Committee/Chair/Advisory Board/Review Board member. He has 5 Australian Patents to his credit in the area of Wireless Communications and Artificial Intelligence. He is currently working in the area of Wireless Sensor Networks, MANETS, Swarm Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Internet of Things, Blockchain, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Cyber Security, Network Simulation, Wireless Communications. Keynote Speaker 4:

Prof. Simon K.S. Cheung
Professor, Hong Kong Metropolitan University, China
Biography: Dr. Cheung is currently the Director of IT at the Hong Kong Metropolitan University. He received his BSc and PhD in Computer Science from the City University of Hong Kong, and was admitted as IET fellow, IMA fellow, BCS fellow, HKIE fellow, HKCS fellow. He is active in research, with near 200 publications in the form of books, book chapters, journal articles and conference papers in two distinct areas, namely, innovation and technology in education, and software and system engineering. He won the Outstanding Research Publication Award from the Open University of Hong Kong in 2016, the 1st class Achievement in Computer and IT from Shenzhen Science and Technology Association in 2016, the 1st class Outstanding CIO Award from the Hong Kong IT Joint Council in 2015, and an Honoree for IT Excellence from the CIO Asia in 2015. He has been listed in the Who’s Who in Science and Engineering since 2007.

Keynote Speaker 5:

Prof. Shien-Kuei Liaw
Professor, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST), Taiwan
Biography: Prof. Shien-Kuei Liaw received double doctorate degrees from National Chiao-Tung University in Photonics Engineering, Taiwan and National Taiwan University in Mechanic Engineering. Prof. Liaw has worked at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST) since 2000. He was an academic visitor at the University of Oxford in 2011 and at the University of Cambridge in 2018. He owned more than 40 patents and authored and coauthored 300 journal articles and international conference papers. He has been actively contributing to many conferences as a keynote speaker and an invited speaker. He serves as a Guest Editor for several journal papers and books. He served as President of the Optical Society (now OPTICA) Taiwan Section and Secretary-General of the Taiwan Photonic Society. Currently, Prof. Liaw is a distinguished Professor and Chairman of ECE Department, NTUST. His research interests are in optical devices, fiber optical sensing and optical communication. He is a senior member of IEEE and OPTICA.

Keynote Speaker 6:

Prof. Shancheng Zhao
Professor, Jinan University, China
Biography: Shancheng Zhao received the bachelor’s degree in software engineering and the Ph.D. degree in communication and information systems from Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China, in 2009 and 2014, respectively. From 2013 to 2014, he was a Graduate Visiting Student with the University of California at Los Angeles, Los Angeles, CA, USA. He is currently a Professor with the College of Information Science and Technology, Jinan University, Guangzhou. Dr. Zhao has published more than 50 papers in related journals and conferences. His current research interests include spatially coupled codes and their applications. He was a co-recipient of the 2015 IEEE GlobeCom Best Paper Award and the 2021 Natural Science Award of the Chinese Institute of Electronics. He serves as an Associate Editor for IET Quantum Communication, Elsevier Physical Communication(SCI indexed), and Alexandria Engineering Journal(SCI indexed).
